Ice officials blame protestors for protests aimed at blocking the operation of the detention facility known as Delaney Halle
NJ Gov Mikie Sherrill posted on X Saturday morning
“My top priority is keeping New Jerseyans and our communities safe – and an increased ICE surge in the area outside of Delaney Hall is a threat to public safety,” “We know that lives would be at risk were that to happen. And I will not accept that risk.”
20 protestors have been arrested. New Jersey Governor Sherrill is finally admitting on camera that many of the protestors are coming from out of state.

Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeen Jeffries showed up at New Jersey to blame ICE and the Trump administration. Claiming the conditions inside are inhumane and the facility should be closed.
Reporters are saying protestors have supplies and gas masks staged nearby in a hospitality zone, raising the question of who is paying for these supplies.
